It seems that the basic-pitch.tflite file is missing from the basic-pitch[tf] install my copy has 0 bytes.
Can you provide one?

A 0-byte file there usually means the download was interrupted or the package was installed from a cached/partial wheel. Worth trying:

pip cache purge
pip install --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir "basic-pitch[tf]"

If it still comes down empty, the model files are also in the repo under basic_pitch/saved_models/ and can be pointed at directly.
