visium hd support

Thanks for developing commot.

When trying commot with visium hd file,
the sptaial_communication step seems to take forever and never finishes, even with only 3 pathways filtered.

i was wondering whether this is due to too many bins included in the HD data compared to regular visium data
and needs some sort of extra support from commot

Same for me. I can get results from 16µm-binned Visium HD data. When I tried it on 8µm-binned data within an HPC job with 1TiB memory assigned, it died after 4 hours with an out-of-memory error.

I have the same problem with visium HD data with ~130K segments. Is there any solution?
