Can COMMOT scores be compared across samples? Differential testing of COMMOT scores?

Hello @zcang,

Thank you for developing this tool. I have a few questions.

1. Can we compare COMMOT scores derived per sample / FOV? I have multiple slides with redundant coordinates and therefore need to run COMMOT individually per slide (or FOV).
2. How do you recommend approaching differential analysis of COMMOT scores? Can I pseudobulk these scores and normalize for "library size".
