I want to try the 1.0 preview builds from the releases page. How do I install a .vsix?

Download the .vsix from the release, then either:

Command Palette → Extensions: Install from VSIX... and pick the file, or
from a terminal: code --install-extension codepen-theme-original-1.0.0.vsix

To go back, uninstall it and reinstall the Marketplace version.
