Implement Forget Password mechanism

**Description:**
As a user, I can log in to my account using the login form. 


**Actual result:**
There is no mechanism to reset my password if the user forgets their password. 

**Expected result:**
Implement a Forget Password mechanism. As a result, the users can reset/recover their password using this option.
