Allow User to Close Guest Mode Notice

Description

Enable users to dismiss or close the Guest Mode notice/banner that appears when they are using the app in offline/guest mode. This improves user experience by allowing them to hide the banner

Current Behavior

• The Guest Mode notice/banner is always visible when in guest/offline mode.
• Users cannot dismiss or close the notice, which may be distracting or take up screen space unnecessarily.

Expected Behavior

• The Guest Mode notice/banner includes a close (X) button or similar UI element.
• When the user clicks the close button, the notice is hidden for the current session
• I think is not necessary to persist the state across page reloads.
