- Updated `toml` dependency to version 1.1.5 and `serial_test` to 4.0.1. - Modified `Cli` struct to make the `command` field optional. - Added a new TUI module with an entry point for the dashboard. - Implemented event handling for keyboard inputs in the TUI. - Created application state management for the TUI. - Developed rendering logic for the dashboard layout, including header, footer, search, and project list widgets. - Established a color theme for the TUI components.
