An interactive research showcase for ecological prediction and GIS analysis.
The website contains two model routes, model architecture pages, an open-model comparison, and a map with public wind-farm, turbine and bird-observation data.
This repository is a buildless static website. GitHub Pages serves the main
branch from its root. Updates to the published files trigger a new deployment.
index.html opens GeoAI_Research_Studio.html.
The map uses 5 selected NSW wind farms, 155 OSM-mapped turbine locations, 1,823 public bird-observation records from 2020–2025, and 2,376 analysis grids. These are collected public records, not a complete inventory or evidence of causal ecological effects. Missing records do not establish absence of wildlife.
Data provenance, source licenses and GIS processing notes are included under
gis/sources/, gis/data/README.txt, and gis/audit/. OpenStreetMap data is
attributed to its contributors under ODbL. Satellite imagery loads from Esri
and its providers; imagery is not bundled for download. Leaflet is distributed
under its included license in gis/vendor/leaflet/LICENSE.
The model diagrams describe proposed research. Model experiments have not been launched or independently reproduced by this website.
