Add function in ConsistencyCheck to verify the following:
File names for PNG, PDF and ODG files should all be the same except the ending - example for Russian:
Translations:The Three-Thirds Process/12/ru ends with .png
Translations:The Three-Thirds Process/9/ru ends with .pdf
Translations:The Three-Thirds Process/10/ru ends with .odg
