README: a title and opening that use the words people search for (Claude Code and Codex usage limit tracker, 5-hour and weekly limits), and a Why token-bar section on what is different (lives in the agent, private by design, helps you decide, nothing to build). The privacy claims were checked against the code: no network or credential access in the Python or the Rust, and no network crates in the dependencies. Community files: issue forms for bugs and ideas, a pull request template, a code of conduct, and a security policy that points to GitHub's private vulnerability reporting. Adds a 1280x640 social preview image, to be uploaded in the repository settings.
