Uploads are no longer PDF-only. The format now comes from the first bytes: PDF, XML, JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, and is kept as the file's extension. - XML e-invoices (Chile's DTE, Mexico's CFDI, UBL...) are parsed with defusedxml and DTDs forbidden, capped at 2 MB, stripped of signatures and base64 blobs, and sent to the LLM as text. - Photos are refused above 60 megapixels, turned upright, shrunk to 2048 px and re-encoded as JPEG, which drops every metadata block, GPS location included, before the LLM's vision reads them. - Scanned PDFs, and PDFs whose pages are mostly scans, used to fail. They are now sent whole to the LLM (through Gemini's Files API when larger than 14 MB). An XML file or a photo counts as one page, on every plan. Providers gain extract_file(); results carry their source. The upload texts, FAQ, terms, privacy policy and error translations follow in English and Spanish.
… image or XML The site still said "PDF" everywhere although it now accepts images and XML e-invoices, and the new texts called images "photos". Every upload is now a "document", and the places that explain what one is list the three kinds: PDF, image or XML. PDF stays only where a limit is specific to PDFs (pages per PDF). This covers the page title and description, hero, steps, features, security, FAQ, pricing limits, sign-in panels, dashboard, drop zone, terms, privacy policy and admin, in English and Spanish, plus the API messages about unsupported types and documents per upload, the LLM prompt and the README.
