Prepare lh-harness 0.1.8 for PyPI publication through the existing tag-triggered release workflow.
Validation: 458 Python tests passed with the Web bundle built; 61 frontend tests passed; TypeScript checks and the production Web build passed. Built the wheel from the sdist, passed strict Twine metadata validation, checked bundled HTML/JS/CSS in both archives, and smoke-tested the wheel in a clean environment.
After merging, tag the merge commit v0.1.8, wait for the existing build/PyPI workflow, and use docs/releases/v0.1.8.md as the GitHub Release notes. No workflow or authentication changes are needed.
