   The screenshots do not expose the text traceback, so the failing Windows API call cannot be identified reliably. Please paste the full console traceback as text, plus:

   python --version
   skillclaw --version
   skillclaw status
   

   Also include the install method and a sanitized ~/.skillclaw/config.yaml. With the exact WinError 87 call site we can add a focused Windows regression instead of guessing from the screenshot.

   补充核对结果：我已成功读取截图，之前说无法读取截图不准确，抱歉。截图里的调用栈确实来自旧版 process_alive -> os.kill(pid, 0)，主分支已有 #31 改为 Windows 进程 API。

   进一步检查发现 Windows 句柄宽度、已退出进程句柄仍存在的情况还需要补强，已准备 draft PR #99（参考并署名 #91 的贡献）。本机 7 项模拟测试通过，4 项原生 Windows 测试跳过；不能据此宣称 Windows 验证通过。维护者暂缓 workflow 权限授权，因此 Windows CI 保留待办，#99 暂不合并。请补充 Windows/Python 版本，并确认更新主分支后是否仍出现相同栈；若方便，可在 #99 分支运行 python -m pytest tests/test_runtime_state_windows.py 提供结果。
