Queued session evidence was consumed regardless of age. Add optional
EVOLVE_EVIDENCE_MAX_AGE_SECONDSfiltering to the shared drain path used by both evolution engines. With filtering enabled, exclude expired, future, missing and invalid timezone-aware timestamps before returning evidence/consumed keys. Keep excluded objects in storage for operator review and log the excluded count.Addresses the TTL portion of #16. Default zero preserves existing behavior. The current timestamp is upload time, not per-turn time; this does not implement weighting, expire existing skills, or promise A/B-monotonic improvement. Excluded objects will be scanned again until operators archive/remove them.
Validation: 13 new cases covering boundaries, time zones, retention, invalid timestamps and both configuration paths; full suite 201 passed, 1 skipped. Ruff and format checks passed.
