Makes your Windows Explorer generate thumbnails for Fallout's .FRM files (including .fr0 - .fr5)

Building

Simply - build it with Visual Studio 2022 (or above), and then register in system with command below: regsvr32 "%PATH_TO_FRMThumbnail.dll%"
