I have rooted Android 16, KSUN + SUSFS setup + application package name filtering by hma_oos.
Adguard works in auto proxy.
Bank apps are detecting the adguard user certs installed. They refuse to run even if not routed in adguard. They use protectt.ai rasp engine.

Proposed solution
I don't know exactly. Request to do R&D if SUSFS, Certificate root module, or other ways to circumvent detection of Adguard user CA certs. Additionally, certificates that has been pushed to /system dir is not detected.
Alternative solution
Remove the requirement to use user CA certs for rooted Android environment, as it was before the chrome browser issue #4124. Find another way to insert CA certs in chromium browsers.
