Change wording of "LLM-Chat", "LLM-Vision" to be AL or "Large Language Model"

It's not immediately clear what "LLM-*" examples mean unless you already know what "Large Language Model" means and are a developer. We should either rename it to "AI-chat" or expand the acronym or add some more details for newcomers
