A message one conversation sends another through the flightdeck send_message
tool now travels inside an <agent-message> attribution envelope (sender title,
repo, backend, conversation id, message id), parsed live and on reload.

- Recipient: a "Message from" card (never a user bubble) whose sender chip
  jumps to the send in the other thread; kept in clear under clean output.
- Sender: a "Message to" card (recipient, text, Sending/Delivered/Queued/
  Failed) instead of a generic MCP step; folds with the work, and a jump
  opens the fold.
- Cross-conversation jump store + pane hook (waits for cold history, opens
  folds, centres and flashes the target, reports a miss with a toast).
- In-app toast "A -> B" (Settings -> Notifications -> Agent messages, on by
  default).
- send_message returns message_id; read_conversation attributes such turns;
  titles use the body; History excerpts (Claude + Codex) unwrap the envelope.
- Mock demo scenario ?demo=agentmsg.

…eated conversations

- Received message: a light bubble with a one-line "from <conversation> · repo"
  header (name jumps to the send), "pending" when it landed mid-turn.
- Sent message: a single step-like row ("Message to <conversation>") with a
  status glyph (sending / delivered / queued / failed); text and failure reason
  expand on click; consecutive sends read as one list.
- create_conversation is rendered the same way ("Created conversation <name>").
  Called from a conversation, its first message carries the agent-message
  attribution and the result echoes its message_id.
- New in-app toast "A created B" (Settings -> Notifications -> "Toast when an
  agent creates a conversation", on by default).
- Tool description for create_conversation mentions the attribution.

- Envelope tag renamed <agent-message> -> <flightdeck-message>: the claude CLI
  (2.1.272) owns <agent-message> for its sub-agent hand-back frame and its
  renderer matches it.
- A message delivered mid-turn no longer vanishes on reload: the CLI only
  persists it as an attachment{queued_command}; the transcript reader restores
  our envelope from it (deduped), flagged mid_turn so clean output groups the
  round as it did live.
- A jump request left unsettled expires 6 s after the click instead of
  replaying on a later visit.
- "Message to" row: spins only while its turn is live; a send in flight is
  tracked like any tool and never folds away.
- Jump lookup: cheap pre-filter before JSON-parsing results, tool_use id cached.
- Codex search index keys agent messages by their body, not the envelope.
- A jump closes Settings/History; toasts sit below blocking dialogs.
- send_message/create_conversation refuse a ready-made envelope from a caller
  with no conversation (no forged sender).
