…trees beside the main checkout A minor release by decision 0017: nothing stops working until a team acts. The changelog's Unreleased section becomes v2.3.0, opened with what it brings and the upgrade order from v2.2.0: /adf:upgrade merges the project's layer and reruns the docker installer, the team fills in AGENTS.md's Preview line, and with docker, /adf-dev:dev-env set up adds the Makefile's filters and tasks. - adf's version is 2.3.0; build-plugins.sh carries it into adf-dev and adf-connect. - plugins/adf/README.md pins v2.3.0 in its settings example. - README.md names v2.3.0 as the latest, and keeps v2.2.0's notes. - The 0038 entry's docker bullet is rewrapped.
