I'm the founder and CTO of Umplify Technologies, two decades into architecting cloud software on Azure. My current engineering focus is AI agentic systems: multi-agent workflows with real authorization gates, model tiering, and token discipline. I'm also building Acquiror AI, an AI-powered platform for M&A and business valuation. The combination is deliberate: enterprise Azure and AI architecture on one side, M&A and business valuation on the other. Most architects never read a CIM, and most deal teams have never shipped a production AI workflow.

Acquiror AI is an AI-powered SaaS platform for M&A, business acquisitions, and business valuation. It normalizes seller's discretionary earnings and add-backs, screens deals, models valuation scenarios, and tracks diligence from first review through to close, so the analysis stays auditable instead of scattered across spreadsheets. Built on the same .NET and Azure stack I use for client work.
