feat(models): add the GPT-5.6 Pro tiers to the picker - #55

ClawRouter v0.12.288 (#460) put openai/gpt-5.6-terra-pro, -sol-pro and -luna-pro in top-models.json, after their base tiers. The Hermes picker mirrors that list in membership and order, so they go into CHAT_MODELS, the provider template fallback and the test's expected list at the same spot. SKILL.md names all three, and docs/03 now says 66 curated entries. openai/chat-latest stays out, as it does upstream.

…T-5.6 Pro tiers in the picker Contents, already on main: - 9e8ad70 (#52): GPT-6 Astra/Sol/Luna, GPT-5.1, Claude Opus 5.5 / Sonnet 5.5 / Fable 5.1 and Grok 4.6/4.7 added to the picker. - a296da4 (#53): POST_TOP_MODELS_ADDITIONS dropped, since all of those landed in ClawRouter#409. - 16f5af8 (#54): typed model count removed from the provider descriptions. - da2e7bd (#55): GPT-5.6 Terra/Sol/Luna Pro added, following ClawRouter v0.12.288 (#460). chat-latest stays off the picker, as it does upstream. - Brand-number syncs, plus c3c39dc so docs/03's model count comes from the artifact. The picker is 66 entries and mirrors ClawRouter's top-models.json exactly.
