docs(skill): model prices from the live catalog, not a hand-kept table - #63

… table Routing-tier prices and the image/video price ranges in the bundled clawrouter skill are replaced by a live lookup (GET /api/v1/models on Base or Solana, pricing fields per billing_mode, cost formula), including the API-key rail, which carries no transaction fee. Predexon flat prices and the illustrative example output stay.
