#480 fails every check at npm ci: it bumps typescript 5.9.3 -> 7.0.2, and typescript-eslint 8.71.2 has a peer dependency that rejects TS 7, so npm reports ERESOLVE. Because the dev-dependencies group is all-or-nothing, that one package also blocks eslint, openclaw, prettier, tsup, tsx, typescript-eslint and vitest.

This makes Dependabot ignore semver-major TypeScript bumps until typescript-eslint supports TS 7. Once this is on main, @dependabot recreate on #480 rebuilds the group without the TS major.
