docs(readme): link the live rate card instead of copying prices - #35

Drops the price columns from the README's model tables (19 rows) and points to https://blockrun.ai/pricing (agents: GET https://blockrun.ai/api/v1/models). Every reprice made these copies wrong at once; model names, context, limits and notes stay. Fee terms, service tables and dated benchmarks/posts are unchanged.

Removes the hand-copied price columns from the README model tables (19 rows) and links the live rate card: https://blockrun.ai/pricing for people,
GET https://blockrun.ai/api/v1/modelsfor agents. Model names, context, limits and non-price notes are kept. Why: every reprice (e.g. Gemini 4 Argon $2/$10 → $4/$20 on 2026-12-01) made these copies wrong at once, and no guard reaches them.
Not touched: fee terms ($0.001/tx), service rate tables (phone, Surf tiers, endpoints), dated benchmarks/release notes/posts (measurements of their day), CHANGELOG. No test asserts README prices; tests pass.
