- **router-core 3aca0e1.** `@blockrun/router-core` moves from 2cd5a10 to 3aca0e1, which adds `google/gemini-4-argon` to the capability table (1M context, vision, `supportsTools: false` until a paid tool probe verifies it). Capability facts only: router-core's decision snapshot is byte-identical across that range, so no routing decision changes.

### Fixed
- **Mistral Large 4 at $1.36/$4.18.** The launch promo ended; the offline price and picker now use the list rate, so cost estimates no longer under-reserve by half.
