## Franklin Agent 3.49.15 — router-core 3aca0e1, and Mistral Large 4 at its list price

`@blockrun/router-core` moves from 2cd5a10 to 3aca0e1, which adds
`google/gemini-4-argon` to the capability table (1M context, vision,
`supportsTools: false` until a paid tool probe verifies it, so tool requests
never route to it). Capability facts only: router-core's decision snapshot is
byte-identical across that range, so no routing decision changes.

Mistral Large 4's offline price moves to $1.36/$4.18 per 1M — the launch
promo ended, and the old $0.68/$2.09 would under-reserve by half.
