docs(skills): model prices from the live catalog, not a hand-kept table - #44

…t table The xclawrouter and imagegen skills carried per-model prices agents read to budget. Replaced with a live lookup (GET /api/v1/models on Base or Solana, the pricing fields per billing_mode, and the cost formula). Routing-tier prices and the imagegen Price column removed; illustrative example output kept.
