…g counts 89 chat / 116 total Companion to BlockRunAI/blockrun#848. Adds the deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash row to the model reference, pricing and intelligence overview, relabels deepseek-chat / deepseek-reasoner as compatibility ids served by V4.1 Flash, and moves the plain-text catalog counts 88->89 chat and 115->116 total, as blockrun's brand-numbers.docs.test.ts derives them after that change. The brand-numbers.json snapshot and README markers are left to the brand-sync refresh after blockrun deploys.

Companion to BlockRunAI/blockrun#848, which adds
deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flashand removes the deadnvidia/deepseek-v4-flash.brand-numbers.docs.test.tsderives after #848.brand-numbers.jsonand the READMEbr:markers are not changed here; the brand-sync refresh updates them after blockrun deploys.node scripts/sync-brand-numbers.mjs --checkpasses.Merge this before #848. #848's submodule pointer then needs to be re-bumped to the merge commit if this PR is squashed.
