Companion to the blockrun PR that lifts the #728 refusal (branch feat/reference-media-x402).

  • seedance-2.5 takes first/last-frame seeding, 30 reference images and reference video/audio (only RealFace is still absent). The old line said it took none of them.
  • reference_videos / reference_audios gain the optional duration_seconds, the per-model ceilings (15.2s on the 2.0 family, 30.2s on 2.5), and 2.5 in the model list.
  • The per-clip multiplier description is replaced by a Reference media pricing note: every clip is quoted at its model's ceiling in whole seconds, a declaration never lowers it, and quote_basis says so. Example quotes ($4.529 / $1.590 / $11.007 for one clip on a 5s 720p render on 2.0 / 2.0-mini / 2.5) were computed with calculateVideoPrice + addTransactionFee from the PR branch, not by hand.

Merge after the blockrun PR deploys; until then the gateway still refuses reference media.

…r reference second

Reference images (30 on seedance-2.5), reference video and reference audio
are served on blockrun.ai and sol.blockrun.ai again. Each reference clip is
quoted at its model's ceiling (15s on the 2.0 family, 30s on 2.5) because the
gateway cannot read a clip's length before fetching it; a declared
duration_seconds never lowers the quote. Replaces the per-clip multiplier
description, which under-charged and is gone.
