docs(skills): model prices from the live catalog, not a hand-kept table - #189

…t table image-prompting's per-model Cost column and gentech-blockrun's speech/image/music/video price cells are replaced by a live lookup (GET /api/v1/models on Base or Solana, the pricing field per billing mode, plus transaction_fee; the 402 challenge is exact). Flat service prices (rpc, defi, exa, markets, modal, phone, search) and the illustrative budget formula stay.

The size-lever guidance stays.skills/gentech-blockrun/SKILL.md: speech / image / music / video price cells point to the live catalog, with a note naming the field per billing mode.Kept: flat service prices (rpc, defi, exa, markets, modal, phone, search) and the illustrative daily-budget formula. Only skill markdown changes, so merging does not trigger the npm publish workflow (it watches package.json).
