Consumers currently maintain separate model-picker lists, so a newly listed gateway model can be missing from a product even when it is available. This adds a pure shared catalog API that discovers chat, image, video and music models from the public gateway response without an ID allowlist.
parseModelCatalog, normalized catalog types andMODEL_KINDS; preserve gateway price units, filter hidden/unavailable or invalid entries, and handle authoritative duplicate retirements.toRoutingCatalogadapter for live pricing, capacities and availability. Tool support remains based on verified capability evidence; media models never enter LLM routing chains.Validation:
npm run checkpassed (164 tests, including 18 catalog cases); the existing 88-request decision snapshot is unchanged. A rebuild leaves committeddist/unchanged. An independently packed and installed consumer imports the new exports without running build scripts. Read-only Base/Solana catalog checks include GPT-6.1 Sol and all four model categories. No paid inference, trading, deployment or consumer repin was performed. This PR contains only router-core changes. Franklin web UI changes remain local and can adopt this API after the core revision is reviewed.
