Action on callback's "entity_action_respawned" doesn't trigger

Tested on 26.1.2

Respawning with an origins:action_on_callback power with entity_action_respawned doesn't trigger the entity action.
I also tested different selectors for the /tellraw command and the origins:apply_effect action, that's the re-entering the world in the log.
