Adds a claim-by-claim audit of the Transactions manuscript against the canonical model, recorded CI evidence, frozen data and figure provenance. Flags unresolved manuscript input paths, missing downloadable CI artifacts, predictive superiority as unestablished, the 9,450-case physical claim as unverified/excluded, and manuscript compilation/submission readiness as uncertified. Documentation only; no implementation or experimental data changed.
