Adds support for uploading CSV/TSV datasets to the D3 scatterplot while retaining the existing default visualization.
Variant A: places the upload control in a compact row above the visualization.
Uploaded files:
can represent any embedding, not only course data
require numeric x and y columns
may contain arbitrary additional metadata columns
dynamically update the plot and available controls
