coef_train: un-stale the risk/lam deploy warning (libcvc #413 landed) - #101

The C++ host CAN now deploy a grip/risk/lam coef_mlp: coef_feats builds the risk-lookahead column and drive_step_material reads the learned lam output (transfix/libcvc #413). Replace the 'do NOT deploy / research artifact' notice with the real operational requirement — a libcvc >= #413 host, driven through the material path (drive_step_material / drive_step_material_ext) with a material stack + grip attached; the plain drive_step still rejects a risk net. Round-trip + drive pinned by libcvc nav_material_deploy_test.

The
coef_trainexporter printed, for any risk/lam-widened net:Both claims are now false. transfix/libcvc #413 landed the coordinated
cvc::navupdate:coef_featsbuilds the risk-lookahead (7th) column,coef_mlpcarries thehas_mu/has_risk/has_lamflags, anddrive_step_materialreads the 4th output as the per-agent learnedlam_soft.This replaces the "do NOT deploy" notice with the real operational requirement:
drive_step_material/ the new fuseddrive_step_material_ext), with a material stack + grip attached — the plaindrive_stepstill (correctly) rejects a risk net. Also corrects the
--learned-laminline comment that repeated the stale "needs the C++ update" claim. The full round-trip (export →.cvcnav→ reload → drive, incl. the learned-lam reroute) is pinned by libcvcnav_material_deploy_test. Text/comment only — no behavior change.
