Closes #276

Refs #170, #275

Problem

Decision 120 measured Metalama 2026.1 on SDK 11.0.100-rc.1 only. The 2.4.0 net11.0 issues (#208 to #215) rest on 2026.1 still holding, and all .NET 11 work is now on RC3 (11.0.0-rc.3.26522.148).

Change

  • spikes/Sdk11Rc3Metalama/: a net11.0 console consumer of the published 2.3.1 packages, a net11.0-only library returning a union, and a minimal-API consumer, pinned to SDK 11.0.100-rc.3.26522.148, restored from nuget.org only. run.sh runs the six rows of decision 120's measurement, and web-matrix.sh runs the web project under RC3 alone, RC3 with SDK 10 beside it, RC1 alone and SDK 10. The README holds the question, the answer and every diagnostic.
  • design/knowledge/KB-060: the measured fact, with its index row.

Every RC1 result holds on RC3. 2026.1.20 runs the project at C# 14 (2026.1.31 too), a declared union fails with CS0106/CS8803/CS1001, a match on a library's union with CS8652, and Metalama.Framework 2027.0.5-preview runs C# 15 and builds both.

One project on net10.0;net11.0 with Metalama.Framework 2027.0.5-preview and no LangVersion: net10.0 compiles at C# 14.0, net11.0 at 15.0; a union under #if NET11_0_OR_GREATER or in a file removed from net10.0 builds on both targets, and the value object is generated on both. On 2026.1 both are at 14.0 and the union fails on net11.0.

New, not an RC3 change (#275): a web project on 2026.1 fails with LAMA0625 when SDK 11 is the only SDK in its installation (RC1 and RC3, net11.0 and net10.0); with SDK 10 beside it, it builds with the LAMA0617 decision 120 describes. Decision 120 is not edited here.

Tests

The measurement is the spike, which no test compiles. docs-query check (0 problems in 908 links) and the conventions project pass in this worktree. This machine has a Metalama licensing entry for 2027.0, so the 2027 cells say nothing about a build without a license.

Repeats decision 120's Metalama measurement on SDK 11.0.100-rc.3.26522.148
with the published 2.3.1 packages: every RC1 result holds. The compiler is
2026.1.20 at C# 14, a declared union fails (CS0106, CS8803, CS1001), a match
on a library's union fails (CS8652), and Metalama.Framework 2027.0.5-preview
runs C# 15 and builds both.

A web project on 2026.1 fails with LAMA0625 when SDK 11 is the only SDK in
its installation, on RC1 as on RC3 and for net10.0 too; with SDK 10 beside
it, it builds with LAMA0617 as decision 120 says. Filed as #275. KB-060
records the fact.

Adds a multi-targeted consumer to the RC3 spike: with a direct
Metalama.Framework 2027.0.5-preview reference and no LangVersion, net10.0
compiles at C# 14.0 and net11.0 at 15.0. A union under
#if NET11_0_OR_GREATER, or in a file removed from net10.0, builds on both
targets, and the value object is generated and runs on both. On 2026.1 both
targets are at 14.0 and either union fails on net11.0.

Brings #277 (the RC3 spike, KB-060). Both knowledge index rows are
kept, KB-059 before KB-060.
