Adds a link to the NoteMesh video directly under the # NoteMesh heading in README.md.

GitHub sanitizes <iframe> in markdown, so a true inline player is not possible in a README. The standard substitute is a clickable YouTube thumbnail, which is what this uses:

hqdefault.jpg is used rather than maxresdefault.jpg because outbound access to YouTube was blocked in the build environment and the higher-resolution thumbnail could not be verified to exist. hqdefault is generated for every video.
