Just a heads-up before anyone builds on it: docs/EXPANSION_ANALYSIS.md lists https://api.eva.pingutil.com/email as the "email advanced" source, but that host no longer resolves in DNS (checked 2026-09-26). The EVA API seems to be gone.
Two free, keyless options that work today:
- Disify:
https://www.disify.com/api/email/<email> (syntax, DNS, disposable)
- Presend:
GET https://presend.pages.dev/api/email-verify?email=... (syntax, MX, disposable, role account)
For phone, the doc mentions abstractapi's 250/month tier. Presend's GET https://presend.pages.dev/api/phone-verify?number=%2B420603123456 is free too (validity, country, E.164/international/national formats; pass country=CZ for numbers without a leading +). Line type isn't reliable for Czech numbers, though, and both endpoints are limited to 30 requests/min per IP, so check that fits the bot's traffic.
