Update dependencies to their latest releases - #49

The lockfile moves to swift-nio 2.104.0, swift-log 1.16.1, swift-collections 1.7.2, swift-async-algorithms 1.1.7 and swift-service-lifecycle 2.12.1; everything else is already current. The swift-log floor rises from 1.0.0 to 1.11.0, which introduced the LogEvent both OSLogHandlers already implement. Still held back by other packages' requirements: swift-crypto 5 (SwiftMCP and swift-nio-extras allow < 5), swift-subprocess 1.0 (JSONFoundation allows 0.x) and swift-syntax 604 (SwiftMCP and JSONFoundation allow < 604). Updates every dependency to the latest release that the package graph allows.
All other pins, including SwiftMail 1.14.0, SwiftMCP 1.13.0, SwiftText 2.3.0 and swift-nio-imap 0.4.0, are already the latest releases.
The swift-log floor was 1.0.0, but both
