Probeable spec feedback: show the generated code under the explanation - #194

The spec panel quoted the explanation in place of the code editor, so students never saw the code their explanation produced. The editor is now always rendered; the explanation goes in a before-submission slot above it and the header reads "Generated Code" for spec (new codeTitle prop, default "Your Submission"). The old submission slot is gone since nothing else used it. Unit test and C24b assert the explanation, then the labelled code, then the ladder.
