Fixed the trusted gate failure with a Cypress-scoped TypeScript config: cypress/tsconfig.json now compiles imported TSX using react-jsx instead of preserving JSX for webpack.

Validated:

• Exact failing crafting-utils.cy.ts command: passed
• minions.cy.ts: passed
• npm run build: passed
• Formatting and diff checks: passed
• No Cypress screenshots or other generated artifacts remain

Earlier minion fixes remain intact, and the unrelated .env change was untouched.
