Desktop specialist covered UIA/MSAA, NSAccessibility and wxPython but had zero Qt coverage. Adds a Qt Accessibility section proven out in the KeePassXC evaluation loop: .ui naming rule (text/accessibleName/tooltip/buddy), tooltip-counts-as-name for icon buttons, dialog-stem matching for code-set names, NoFocus allow-list, tabstop resolution. Generic examples only, no product references. Gates: validate-skills OK, measure-context budgets OK, frontmatter conformant.

Live NVDA trials plus a Qt accessibility probe overturn two points:
QLabel buddies leave the accessible Name empty (values announced
without names), and a QLineEdit accessibleName does not stack audibly
with a descriptive placeholder. Correct the naming rule, examples, and
the C++ snippet accordingly.
