Refresh leftover official uquad Injective and dYdX hops after low activity - #124

…ivity Denylist injective.rpc.uquad.org (401 without an API key) and dydx.rpc.uquad.org (502) so later Cosmos Chain Registry syncs do not bring those leftover first hops back. Other uquad hops stay public. Co-authored-by: Corey <Corey-Code@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Brings leftover official uquad Injective and dYdX hops back in line after the lull. Previous spine work refreshed leftover Solana explorer; the Cosmos Chain Registry then started leading Injective and dYdX with leftover
*.rpc.uquad.orgfirst hops.injective.rpc.uquad.orgafter it started returning 401 (missing_api_key). Highstakes, Lavender.Five, and PublicNode remain public.dydx.rpc.uquad.orgafter it started 502ing. Kingnodes, Polkachu, Lavender.Five, and PublicNode remain public.Does not change seed, key, or signing code.
