compatibility between different sp platform

Thanks a lot for developing this great tool. It really helps my project. I recently got some data from the Vizgen merFish platform. When I run the pipeline, there are some bugs and I modify the original function and it's solved. This is because Seurat store information from the different platform in different way. I think you can slightly modify the function to increase the compatibility between different platforms.
