Java Spring Boot Application (entity-first approach):
Install local mysql database and create database "shared-achievement-db".
Set Spring Boot Application Properties accordingly (src/main/resources/application.properties).
Run application by maven (by default embedded in Tomcat).
Check API on http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui/ .
