Deprecate reproject in favor of rioxarray

Rioxarray has more robust reproject and reproject_match functions: https://corteva.github.io/rioxarray/stable/rioxarray.html#rioxarray.raster_array.RasterArray.reproject

We should at the least get rid of the internal logic and wrap rioxarray.

Alternatively, we drop the functions entirely.

#1916 introduces a deprecationwarning for reproject.

I've introduced a DeprecationWarning and the function will be removed in a version 2.0, which is not planned soon. I don't see it as high priority to touch the internal logic of the function, and wrap rioxarray. The docstring and warning provide pointers to rioxarray now.
