• constant head only in a timestep later in the simulation
• GHB and possibly other boundary condition packages could be located in CHD cells, causing potential conflicts.

#1918 Introduces functionality to mask topsystem cells (GHB, RCH, RIV, DRN) where CHD cells are laid. So potential conflicts are avoided there.

I'm not sure what to do when a constant head only occurs later in the simulation, we are currently doing forward filling. Doing a backfill could be quite unexpected behavior.
