Fixes the mirror ending up behind the widget.

What changed:

  • New "Bring to front" button in the Phone Screen widget header. It raises the mirror and keeps it on top for as long as the widget is showing it (the old pin-below setting no longer wins once you hit it).
  • When the widget sits in the tray, the mirror is always pinned above and gets raised whenever the popup opens, so it stops hiding behind the popup.
  • phonescreenctl raise now does the stay-on-top part too, so it can be bound to a shortcut.

Checked: both Python files compile (same check CI runs). I haven't tried it on a live Plasma session with a phone attached, so the KWin behaviour still needs a real-world check.

Closes #2

…e tray

The pinned scrcpy window could end up below the widget. The Phone Screen
widget now has a Bring to front button that raises the mirror and keeps it
on top while the widget claims it, and the tray popup always pins the mirror
above and raises it when opened.
