Publish the authority library as `Devolutions.Agent.Identity.Authority`, and rename its assembly, root namespace, projects, solution and folder (`dotnet/Devolutions.Agent.Identity.Authority/`) to match. Packages group by product with dots, as `Devolutions.Gateway.Client` and `Devolutions.Agent.Channel` do, and "authority" is the contract's term for the side that DVLS and PowerShell Universal implement, so the name says which side of the protocol the library serves. Type names, behaviour and test vectors are unchanged: a host replaces the package reference and `using Devolutions.AgentIdentity;` with `using Devolutions.Agent.Identity.Authority;`. The version is 2026.10.26. The folder's two intent files, `INTENT.md` and the `INTENT.agent-identity.md` link, move with it unchanged, and the test markers that cite `INTENT.md` follow the new path. BREAKING CHANGE: the package ID, assembly name and namespace change from `Devolutions.AgentIdentity` to `Devolutions.Agent.Identity.Authority`.
