Feature request: line spacing leading

Although the work performed by codly in splitting block-raw lines is substantial, the ability to adjust interline spacing—whether smaller or greater—would greatly improve the presentation of lengthy code listings

I found leading can be adjusted with #codly(inset: (y: 0.2em))

However, the language boxes may overlap with outer box.

@beskep This is indeed the only way of going about it. I don't really see another way of handling this? Do you have ideas on how this API could look?

What about adding a leading argument similar to the one below, which overrides the existing settings when set?
(I'm not entirely sure how lang-outset is meant to be configured)
